Compassion UK & Ireland is looking for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to build meaningful relationships with major supporters and prospective philanthropists who share our heart to see children released from poverty in Jesus' name. You'll develop and steward significant donor relationships, creating tailored engagement plans that help supporters connect deeply with our mission and understand the difference their generosity can make. Through strategic planning, inspiring communication, and excellent relationship management, you'll help cultivate long‑term partnerships that enable Compassion's ministry to flourish.
