Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for full-time, seasonal sales support associates at both of our Riddle Plant Farm locations. We are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment. This role involves physical labor, including loading and moving heavy items such as soil, pumpkins, straw bales, trees, and shrubs into customer carts and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by loading heavy items such as soil, straw bales, pumpkins, trees, and shrubs into their carts and vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and helping with plant and garden product selection.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail space.
• Help water and maintain plants in a designated section.
• Support the team with general retail duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day without assistance.
• Basic plant knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time, seasonal position with flexible hours, including mandatory weekend shifts.
• Work is performed both indoors and outdoors, requiring exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and strength are essential for this role.
