ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting operations within a growing manufacturing organization in Waukesha, WI . This full-time, onsite opportunity is ideal for a strategic recruiting leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, driving talent acquisition strategy, and partnering with business leaders to build scalable hiring programs. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee full-cycle recruiting, lead a team of recruiters, optimize recruiting operations, and play a key role in shaping the organization's long-term talent strategy.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven recruiting culture.
Oversee full-cycle recruiting for corporate, manufacturing, technical, and other business-critical positions.
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with organizational growth and workforce planning objectives.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs, recruitment priorities, and long-term hiring plans.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruiting workflows, hiring efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.
Manage recruiting operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practices throughout the hiring process.
Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies to maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting.
Support internal mobility initiatives while promoting equitable and consistent hiring practices.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and provide guidance to hiring managers on compliant interviewing and selection practices.
Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to support workforce planning and business decision-making.
Manage relationships with recruiting vendors, job boards, and external recruiting resources.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, technology, and operational effectiveness.
Travel as needed to support hiring events and recruiting initiatives.


Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3+ years of formal leadership experience.
Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, including corporate, manufacturing, and technical positions.
Strong knowledge of recruiting operations, talent acquisition strategy, and workflow optimization.
Experience managing recruiting teams and partnering with senior business leaders.
Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruiting compliance.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 15% for recruiting events and business needs.
