About the job IT Technology Integrator
IT Technology Integrator needs 3-5 years experience
- Masters degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, Instructional Systems Technology, Adult Learning , or related field.
- Human Performance Improvement (HPI) certification.
- Experience managing technology initiatives for a global audience .
- Experience working in regulated environments .
- Demonstrated success influencing without formal authority.
- Instructional Design experience with the ability to develop learning solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, WalkMe, Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Bing Enterprise Chat .
- Working knowledge of AI technologies , machine learning, or large language models.
- Programming experience with JavaScript, JSON, MySQL , or similar technologies.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Technology Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Instructional Design, Performance Technology , or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power Automate / Flow and Power BI .
- Strong proficiency in DAX programming for Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools .
- Serve as the Foundry L&D Automation Champion , assessing and defining automation needs across L&D.
- Design, develop, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate / Flow .
- Own, maintain, and support existing workflow solutions and SharePoint lists .
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and workflow optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, ensuring seamless platform integrations.
- Collaborate with internal automation and IT teams to develop workflows, dashboards, and supporting solutions.
