Full-Time Temporary Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Schedule Day shift (7 a.m. – 7 p.m.). This position is a temporary position available until September 7, 2026. Pay From $32.00 to $35.00 per hour Job Duties Is responsible for medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents. Documents nursing intervention, resident response, effectiveness, complications, etc.; communicates information to physician and other Health Team members. Provides direct oversight for Care Partners, ensuring quality of care. Develop short and long-term goals and Care Plans for residents.
