Job Description: At Regions, the Regions Business Capital Administration and Operations Manager is responsible for the administration and operations area within Regions Business Capital (RBC) which encompasses several complex or more risk intense operations departments. Primary Responsibilities Oversees reporting and control for RBC and Secured Working Capital Management (SWCM) Evaluates and measures RBC and SWCM performance against stated goals and objectives Directs document, exception reporting, and field exam administration Guides control self-assessment (CSA), integrated risk assessment (IRA) and third-party risk management for asset-based lending Participates in RBC budget preparation and ongoing oversight as well as the strategic planning process Serves as a key escalation point for problem resolution Recommends staffing levels, assists with the recruitment of candidates, and provides direction in the hiring process Sets expectations and goals for direct reports, assesses performance, administers salary recommendations, and initiates corrective action This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. This is a single incumbent position. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or related field Twelve (12) years related banking experience Five (5) years management experience In-depth knowledge of Asset Based Lending (ABL) and related processes and procedures Previous project management experience Skills and Competencies Analytical skills Negotiating and leadership skills Organizational skills Quality-focused and team oriented Written and verbal communication skills Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job. The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position. Job Range Target: Minimum: $130,828.01 USD Median: $184,590.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
