Job Details Location: South Sound Behavioral Hospital - Lacey, WA 98503 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $40.00 - $55.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Join Our Team As A Registered Nurse (RN) Your Work Matters Actively engage in the health care team, offering direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians. Assess patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously throughout their care journey. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SSBH. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges. Your Experience Matters Education & Licensure: Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program and hold a valid Washington State RN license; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience: At least three years in a psychiatric healthcare facility. Additional Skills: Exceptional crisis and time management skills; flexibility and creativity in handling multiple tasks; calm, organized, professional demeanor in stressful situations.
