Pay Rate: $31.47 - $50.77 / hourDuties:Responding to and troubleshooting maintenance requests involving electrical, plumbing, structural, and equipment repairsPerforming preventative maintenance and managing work orders through Daikin's CMMS systemSupporting laboratory testing activities in accordance with ISO 17025 standardsAnalyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing test rooms, test cells, and facility systemsMaintaining and servicing chillers and related equipmentMonitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS)Coordinating and working alongside contractors as neededSubmitting purchase requisitions for maintenance parts and suppliesEnsuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety policiesAssisting with environmental audits and regulatory requirementsResponding to facility emergencies and supporting after-hours operational needsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentCommunicating effectively across departments to support facility operationsPosition Requirements:Associate degree in an HVAC maintenance-related field or equivalent technical trainingUniversal Refrigerant Certification (EPA 608)7+ years of related facilities maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certificationStrong troubleshooting and repair skills across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWork authorization to work in the United States without sponsorshipRequirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
