• Ability to read and write
• Experience working in varying weather elements
• Quarry experience preferred
• Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic

• Primary operations of haul trucks; water trucks, rock breakers and fuel truck
• Operating mobile equipment including front end loaders, haul trucks, dozers, and backhoes
• Inspect all operating equipment each shift and report problems
• Correct malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment and safety hazards
• Maintain strong communication with quality personnel and make adjustment to material blends
