Wait Staff Position
We are seeking a dedicated and vibrant wait staff to join our company. This position is for EVENING/DINNER shift. You should be able to work quickly, answer customer queries and take and deliver orders. You should possess a polite and charismatic character.
Wait Staff Responsibilities Are:
- Providing customers with menus
- Focusing on guests during service hours
- Greeting guests and presenting menus
- Making suggestions based on guest preferences
- Taking and serving food/drinks orders
- Arranging table settings
- Keeping tables clean and tidy at all times
- Delivering checks and collecting payments
- Cooperating and communicating with all serving and kitchen staff
- Adhering to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Wait Staff Requirements Are:
- Experience as a wait staff/server
- Good charismatic character
- Customer friendly
- Able to take and deliver orders efficiently/quickly
- Good problem-solving skills
** Must be able to help with banquet events when needed
** Must have the ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
