Area HR Manager

The Area Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the human resources functions of their assigned Area and partners with District Leadership in making people-related decisions in every aspect of the employment life cycle. They oversee the recruiting and selection of new staff; support training, performance management, and corrective action processes for employees; partner with District Leadership on strategic planning; and develop effective Employee Relations strategies that foster a safe, positive, productive, and engaging work environment. The Area Human Resources Manager ensures the people initiatives are aligned with the goals of the business while driving an inclusive and positive work environment.This is an on-site position based in Malvern, PA.The Area HR Manager supports the East Area, which includes New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.This position is also eligible for bonus and long-term incentive compensation awards based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans.This position is eligible for health benefits, such as medical, dental and vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), disability coverage, security, retirement and savings benefits, and more.
