Benefits and Perks • $75/day on-call pay (when available 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM) • $10/hour for shifts worked during on-call days • Flexible scheduling - Sunday- Wednesday or Thursday-Saturday • Opportunity to gain additional hours and experience • Supportive team environment with growth opportunities What You'll Do • Be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on selected on-call days
• Fill in for any last-minute callouts to ensure continuity of client care
• Provide quality caregiving services, including personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities
• Use of equipment such as Hoyer lifts as needed
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office team
• Document client care and report changes in condition promptly Qualifications & Requirements • Previous caregiving experience required • Experience with Hoyer lift and other mobility equipment • Must be dependable and committed to on-call responsibilities • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Compassionate, patient, and reliable If you are a dedicated caregiver looking for flexible opportunities to make a difference, we encourage you to apply for our On-Call Caregiver position at PC Home Health.
