Compensation: $18.00/hour + 10% performance commission on qualifying net TikTok Shop sales

BANG!® Miami and DC2® Miami are growing Miami-based men’s fashion brands specializing in premium swimwear, underwear, activewear, and athleisure.

Our products are sold worldwide through our e-commerce stores, with social media, creators, and digital marketing playing an important role in the continued growth of both brands.

We are looking for a creative, highly motivated TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Specialist to help grow BANG!® Miami and DC2® Miami through TikTok, TikTok Shop, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, and short-form content.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven position for someone who understands that succeeding on TikTok goes beyond simply posting content. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that captures attention, identify trends and opportunities, develop relationships with creators and affiliates, test new ideas quickly, and ultimately turn engagement into sales.

The position offers a part-time hourly base plus a strong performance-based commission, providing significant earning potential as the TikTok sales channel grows.

• Develop and execute TikTok and TikTok Shop growth strategies for BANG!® Miami and DC2® Miami.
• Manage and grow the TikTok accounts and TikTok Shop presence for both brands.
• Create, coordinate, and publish engaging short-form TikTok content consistently.
• Identify relevant TikTok trends, sounds, formats, hooks, and content opportunities.
• Develop creative concepts specifically designed for men’s fashion, swimwear, underwear, fitness, travel, nightlife, and lifestyle audiences.
• Recruit, communicate with, and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates.
• Build relationships with creators who can promote BANG!® and DC2® products through organic content, affiliate videos, TikTok Shop, and LIVE/social-commerce opportunities.
• Coordinate creator outreach, product samples, and follow-ups.
• Develop strategies to increase TikTok Shop sales, creator participation, and affiliate-generated revenue.
• Identify high-performing content and create or coordinate new variations of successful concepts.
• Monitor TikTok analytics, TikTok Shop performance, creator performance, conversion metrics, and sales.
• Test products, offers, hooks, content styles, calls-to-action, and other strategies to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the BANG!® / DC2® marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams.
• Assist with TikTok LIVE and other social-commerce initiatives when appropriate.
• Provide regular reporting on content performance, creator activity, TikTok Shop sales, and opportunities for growth.
• Stay up to date with TikTok trends, algorithm and platform changes, new features, creator strategies, and emerging social-commerce opportunities.

• Previous experience managing TikTok for a brand, e-commerce company, agency, or creator.
• TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of TikTok creators, affiliates, influencer marketing, and social commerce.
• Strong knowledge of short-form video and what makes content perform on TikTok.
• Comfortable creating content and communicating and working with creators.
• Strong understanding of social-media trends, internet culture, and emerging content formats.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and performance tracking.
• Experience with Shopify or DTC/e-commerce brands is a plus.
• Experience with fashion, apparel, swimwear, underwear, fitness, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

You are organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your time and responsibilities independently.

You have a strong understanding of fashion, fitness, travel, nightlife, Miami culture, pop culture, social media, and current trends.

You enjoy experimenting, analyzing results, learning from performance, and quickly changing direction when something isn’t working.

Most importantly, you are excited about the opportunity to build and grow the TikTok and social-commerce channels for two established Miami brands and participate financially in their success.

$18.00 per hour — Part-Time, approximately 20 hours per week

PLUS 10% performance commission on qualifying net TikTok Shop sales generated for BANG!® Miami and DC2® Miami.

Commission is calculated on qualifying TikTok Shop sales attributable to the program, net of cancellations, returns/refunds, discounts, sales taxes, and other applicable adjustments.
