Clinical responsibilities include rounding on an average of 12 patients per day and managing an average of 3-4 admissions per week for an involuntary adult population presenting with acute psychiatric conditions, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Clinicians will conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management within the inpatient setting. Call coverage is negotiable for this assignment, and prescriptive authority is required for all clinicians considered for this position.
