We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Shipping & Inventory Assistant to support daily warehouse and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated locations
• Organize, label, and maintain inventory shelves and storage areas
• Assist with inventory counts and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Stage parts and equipment for service technicians
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Support general warehouse and operational needs as assigned

Qualifications

• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing daily tasks
• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, stockroom, or fulfillment experience is a plus
• Experience with inventory systems, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar software is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Approximately 20 hours per week
