A growing wellness and medical aesthetics practice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with aesthetic injecting experience to join its expanding medical spa team. The ideal candidate enjoys building patient relationships, providing education, and developing customized treatment plans-not simply performing injections. Primary Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic consultations

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Administer neurotoxins and dermal fillers

• Educate patients on treatment options

• Recommend skincare and wellness services

• Promote membership programs

• Capture before-and-after photography

• Maintain accurate EMR documentation

• Follow up with patients

• Assist with social media initiatives and marketing events

• Support continued growth of the medical spa

Qualifications Required

• Current RN or NP license

• 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred

• Strong experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers

• Excellent consultation and communication skills

Compensation First 90 Days

• $37-$42/hour, based on experience

• Guaranteed onboarding pay

• No production commission during the first 60 days

Production Bonus

• $20,000-$34,999 production: 5%

• $35,000-$44,999 production: 7%

• $45,000+ production: 10%

Additional Incentives

• 10% retail commission

• $50 for each new membership sold

• Quarterly bonuses tied to rebooking, patient reviews, and treatment plan acceptance
