HealthPRO Pediatrics is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA) to join our ABA team in Cameron, NC ! We offer on-site CPR training as well as Safety-Care training for our BCBAs.

Our clinic embraces aplay-based, assent-based, child-led approachto ABA. What We Offer:

• Salary Range: $95,000 – $107,000/year (base + monthly performance bonuses)
• Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $5,000 for Full-Time!

• Monday-Friday schedule with sessions typically ending by 6:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
• Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
