Accounts Payable AssistantTeam CBH is growing! Are you interested in working at a company that was voted 1st in Best Places to Work in Idaho?If you want to join an amazing accounting team that works with our team to build dreams daily, here's your chance.In this role, you'll:Conduct monthly reviews and reconciliations of vendor statements prior to payment runsAccurately process Accounts Payable entries and check runsManage Accounts Receivable processing and prepare bank depositsObtain required documentation to onboard and set up new vendorsEnter and manage job data in FishbowlPerform comprehensive monthly financial reconciliationsProvide operational backup to the team as neededImportant skills for this role:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detailStrong organizational and coordination skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage a variety of calls and/or emails dailyPerform various clerical and operational tasksPast accounting experience desiredThis is a full-time position based out of CBH Homes' headquarters in Meridian, Idaho, available now.
