Join Enverus, and be a part of creating a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow. Role We are currently seeking a Senior Project Leader to join our Intelligence Advisory Services team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. Responsibilities Lead the analysis of large data sets to identify trends, characterize opportunities, value assets, and generate opinions on market activity using established industry workflows or internal workflows built in Enverus Prism. Lead the problem-solving process by developing and driving actionable technical analysis that helps clients make better capital allocation decisions. Develop and refine specialized economic or reserves and resource models critical for formulating opinions on upstream oil and gas assets. Compile and clearly communicate advisory mandate results in multiple media (presentation, in-person, Webex); prepare presentation material and modeling backup. Lead conference calls and in-person meetings with clients and prospects, leveraging Enverus Intelligence and Enverus Prism solutions. Mentor and guide junior colleagues and support technical requirements and initiatives for the broader Intelligence team. Partner with Intelligence Research, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to build and maintain strong client relationships. Provide strategic feedback for internal product development to enhance Enverus solutions. Drive advisory business development, sales, and marketing initiatives, including the launch of new advisory capabilities and business ideas. Coordinate inbound opportunities with Sales and initiate internal pre-call alignment discussions; drive client discovery meetings to gather detailed requirements. Conduct internal project scoping, including value proposition alignment, technical feasibility, resource needs, compliance checks, legal/NDA checks, timeline estimation, and project fee estimation. Develop Statement of Work proposals and support Sales on proposal documentation, delivery, and negotiations. Manage project execution, including creating Teams groups, maintaining OneDrive folders, scheduling and managing kickoffs and check-ins, and overseeing working presentations and reports. Maintain engagement and communication with clients, gather feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client needs. Ensure project completion and follow-up, including submitting feedback forms, creating internal and external project slides, recognizing team contributions, and maintaining client relationships. Mentor and develop junior team members, foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, and drive a culture of excellence and innovation. Represent Enverus at industry events and conferences to enhance the company's visibility and reputation within the energy sector. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Computer or Actuarial Science is required 4-8 years of relevant work experience Technical proficiency in data analysis, economic modeling, and reserves/resource estimation; able to lead synthesis of actionable insights from large data sets Advanced proficiency with data management and analytical tools such as Excel, Access/SQL databases, Spotfire/Power BI; familiarity with Enverus Prism Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and client engagement skills Proven project management ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects from inception to completion Leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor and motivate multidisciplinary teams Ability to work remotely and in-office with occasional travel to client locations Nice To Haves Professional designation (CFA, MBA, P.Eng., P.Geo.) Familiarity with data visualization tools (Spotfire, Tableau, PowerBI) Experience with programming languages or databases (VBA, Python, SQL) Physical Demands Ability to sit for long periods, work on a computer with repetitive motions, and utilize devices typically found in an office environment. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Regular and predictable attendance is required. Travel up to 10% or as required for company needs.
