Membership Sales and Event Coordinator

Sagelane delivers Sleep & Shine, a premium overnight car wash membership built into the resident experience at Class A multifamily properties across Dallas, Houston, and Austin. We partner with leading property operators to bring an amenity that residents genuinely love — and that keeps them coming back. We're growing across our core markets and looking for a Membership Sales & Event Coordinator to drive resident sign-ups and bring Sagelane's brand to life on-site at partner communities. The Role This is a hybrid sales and marketing role. You'll be the face of Sagelane at partner properties — signing up new members, running resident events, and building the kind of on-property presence that turns a car wash membership into a can't-miss community amenity. What You'll Do Own resident membership sales at assigned properties, converting prospects to Sleep & Shine members through in-person outreach, tabling, and follow-up. Drive toward monthly and quarterly membership sign-up targets at each assigned property. Proactively prospect new residents (move-ins, renewals, walk-ups) and manage a pipeline of leads through to close. Deliver the Sagelane pitch one-on-one and in group settings, tailoring the offer (e.g., plan tiers, trial pricing) to resident needs. Follow up with undecided prospects via call, text, and email to convert interest into paid memberships. Plan and run resident launch and appreciation events (e.g., “Sip & Shine,” “Wine & Shine”) in partnership with property management teams. Represent Sagelane at property leasing offices, community events, and move-in days to drive membership awareness and sign-ups. Manage event logistics end-to-end: scheduling, signage, materials, vendor coordination, and on-site setup/breakdown. Track leads, conversions, and event performance in the CRM/admin portal; report results and insights back to leadership. Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with property managers, leasing teams, and on-site staff across partner portfolios. Distribute marketing materials, promo codes, and trial offers (e.g., the $19.95 first-month promotion) at events and property touchpoints. Gather resident feedback and relay service or scheduling issues to the operations team. Support new property launches, including coordinating the initial resident enrollment push. What We're Looking For 1–3+ years in field sales, event marketing, leasing, hospitality, or a similar resident- or customer-facing role. Comfortable working independently across multiple properties and a flexible schedule, including some evenings/weekends for events. Natural at building rapport — residents, property staff, and vendors alike. Organized and detail-oriented; can run an event from setup to breakdown without dropping the ball. Results-driven with a genuine interest in hitting and exceeding sales targets. Reliable transportation for travel between properties within your assigned market. Experience with a CRM or membership platform a plus. Compensation & Structure Base salary plus uncapped commission on new memberships sold. Event and mileage reimbursement. Growth path toward Senior Coordinator / Market Lead as Sagelane expands into new properties and markets.
