Event Marketing Specialist

To support the planning and delivery of third-party industry events, the freelance Event Marketing Specialist will manage event logistics, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and ensure flawless onsite operations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the end-to-end execution of 10-15 third-party industry events annually, managing timelines and logistics Partner with key stakeholders to ensure all event deliverables are completed on schedule and maintain project documentation Track event KPIs and support onsite event execution, including occasional travel Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or project management Proven experience executing logistics for conferences, trade shows, or corporate events Strong project management skills, including building workback schedules and tracking deliverables Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Comfort using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar)
