$104,000 - $206,000 yearly

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

• Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their goals

• Conduct buyer consultations and guide clients through the buying process

• Show homes throughout Hampton Roads

• Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts

• Manage clients from consultation through closing

• Follow up and communicate consistently with buyers

• Use CRM and sales systems to convert leads

• Build referrals and repeat business through exceptional service

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Active Virginia Real Estate License

• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales systems

• Motivated, competitive, and results-driven

• Organized, responsive, and dependable

• Confident communicating with buyers and prospects

• Consistent with lead follow-up

• Professional and client-focused

• Committed to building a long-term real estate career

Experience is a plus, but attitude, work ethic, and coachability matter most. New and experienced agents are encouraged to apply.
