CNA Weekends Doubles Available

Job Summary:

Spring Creek Healthcare Center, a premier 179-bed nursing home located in the heart of Perth Amboy, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a part-time basis. As a CNA at Spring Creek, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs, report changes to nursing staff, and maintain accurate records

• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Work Schedule:

• Part-time schedule with weekends available

• Opportunity to work doubles (twelve-hour shifts)

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification
