Independent Hearing Officer for LPS Certification Review

Ocean View Psychiatric Hospital

Ocean View Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a Certification Review Officer responsible for conducting hearings under the LPS Act. The ideal candidate will assess the legality of involuntary detentions and ensure due process protections are upheld. The role demands a Juris Doctor (JD) or a Master's in a related field and at least two years of experience in quasi-judicial proceedings.
