Key Responsibilities Greet patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments efficiently Manage daily schedule and confirm upcoming appointments Verify dental insurance and explain basic benefits to patients Check patients in and out, collect payments, and process transactions Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental software Coordinate with dental assistants and providers to ensure smooth workflow Requirements 1–2 years of dental front desk experience (REQUIRED) Experience with Open Dental software (PREFERRED) Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and terminology Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Reliable, detail‑oriented, and professional demeanor Preferred Qualifications Experience with PPO and Husky insurance plans Bilingual (optional) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off and holidays (if applicable) Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
