ulliCommunicates in a clear and consistent mannerandwith high integrityboth internally andexternally./liliManages drivers during extended coverageshifts./liliAccuratedata enters company computer systems./liliEscalatesand/ or resolvesproblems per guidelines./liliWorks with team members to solve problems./liliProvide clear work instructions to drivers./liliDemonstrates high resource utilization./liliAbility to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./liliOther duties may be assigned./li/ulbr /strongQualifications:/strong

ulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent (Required)./liliStrong customer service skills/liliProficient communicator in English (Required)./liliBilingual - Proficient communicator in English and Spanish (Preferred)/liliBasicknowledge ofmotor carrier operations and geography/liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software./li/ul
