As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our 30-bed Med/Surg Oncology Unit, you'll be part of a compassionate and dedicated team providing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, managing cancer-related complications, recovering from surgery, or receiving hospice care. This unit also serves patients with general medical-surgical needs. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while guiding patients and families through complex and emotionally sensitive healthcare experiences. Must be authorized to work in the United States without work visa or sponsorship. As a Registered Nurse you will :

- Provide direct nursing care to oncology, med/surg, and hospice patients.
- Administer medications, including chemotherapy (if certified), and monitor for side effects.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Participate in discharge planning, pain management, and palliative care coordination.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with care team.
- Work in a diverse unit caring for oncology, medical-surgical, and hospice patients.

- Graduation from an accredited nursing program; basic professional nursing degree required (BSN preferred). Note, if the BSN or MSN degree is not present on hire, the employee must sign an agreement to obtain within a specific time frame.
- Current licensure by the Maryland State Board of Nursing or Compact State as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification (issued through the American Heart Association).
- Superb interpersonal, communication and collaboration abilities.
- Competency in electronic patient management systems.
- BSN or MSN preferred
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Willing to train new Graduate Nurses.
