Come join Molex and help build the future of global connectivityWhat You Will DoDrive quality planning activities, establishment of best practices and quality assurance activities throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept through production release.Drive FMEA, risk assessments, and Design for Reliability (DFR) practices to identify and mitigate product risks early.Provide technical leadership for reliability, failure analysis, and corrective action activities.Review and approve design changes, component qualifications, and manufacturing readiness decisions.Influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership on quality, reliability, and risk-based decision making.Partner with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure quality requirements are effectively implemented and sustained.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.10+ years of experience in quality, reliability, product, or design engineering.Strong understanding of optical components and modules, opto-electronic and electronic devices, and transceiver manufacturing processes.Expert knowledge of:FMEA and risk managementReliability engineering and qualification testingRoot cause analysis and corrective actionsStatistical methods and data-driven decision makingDesign verification and validation processesFor this role, we anticipate paying $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
