This position is based in our Campbell, California offices. This position is on-site, full-time.

What You’ll Do
As a seasoned professional in this field, a Product Manager will execute activities to develop and maintain the Imperative Care product pipeline, understanding competitive offerings and procedural needs, and identifying and recommending opportunities for future products.

• Develop comprehensive user-needs mappings, ensuring that the problem, desired output, and solution boundaries are defined.
• Review customer requirements and craft recommendations for product enhancements and/or identify opportunity for potential new products.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, sales force, and R&D staff to assess market needs for product enhancements, or new products.
• Analyse information on product offerings, including features, pricing, and warranty parameters.
• Develop the product’s core value proposition.
• Develop sales training materials and product support tools for use by the sales workforce.
• Contribute to product launch plans and forecasts.
• Analyse voice-of-customer input from end users and sales force to inform changes and prioritization of the product roadmap.
• Work closely with sales to train physicians, and hospital personnel on technical matters related to Imperative Care devices.
• Update management on project accomplishments and critical issues the affect project completion.
• Attend and participate in activities relevant to scientific and technical meetings and conferences.
• Ensure complete, accurate and timely product documentation and develop/ implement procedures, files, records, and follow-ups systems that ensure processes are kept reliable and organized.

What You’ll Bring :

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a combination of education/training and experience. Engineering degree preferred but not required.
• Extensive experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical field within product management is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and apply analytical skills to accomplish short and long-range projects; capable of anticipating needs and recommending actions with minimal direction.
• Ability to influence decision-making and action across the organization, independent of reporting structure.
• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand technical aspects of products.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivated and self-directed with a conscientious approach to work assignments; thrives in multitasking and fast-paced environments with ability to shift tasks frequently.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills; ability to maintain strong working relationships while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
• Willing to travel 30 to 40%.

Salary Range: $132,000 – 146,000 annually

Imperative Care considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal equity, as well as location, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
