About the Role We are seeking a friendly, organized *Medical Front Office Coordinator* to support patients and providers in a busy healthcare setting. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients and play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Schedule and reschedule patient appointments, tests, and follow-up visits
* Answer patient questions and provide excellent customer service
* Maintain provider schedules and appointment calendars
* Coordinate patient financial counseling appointments when needed
* Verify and update patient information and demographics
* Assist with front office administrative tasks and documentation
* Support office operations while maintaining patient confidentiality
* Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a positive patient experience
Preferred Experience
* Medical office, healthcare, front desk, or patient services experience
* Insurance verification or authorization knowledge
* Medical terminology familiarity
* Administrative assistant, receptionist, or scheduling experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
