Healthcare Learning & Development Specialist

Houston Methodist

Houston Methodist is seeking a Training Specialist to implement and deliver various training programs and competency development for employees across the organization. You will ensure effective training in both in-person and virtual formats, while assisting in the assessment of training needs and monitoring attendance. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have three years of experience in training or instructional design, preferably in healthcare.
