Job Description:Emergency Medicine & Critical Care Medicine Physician PositionFull-time/part-time staff Emergency Medicine / Critical Care positions available in our community site at Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth Hospital within the Beth Israel Lahey Health system. Physician providers have the unique opportunity of working at a community hospital in Southeastern Massachusetts as part of Longwood Specialty Physicians (LSP) affiliated with Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Inc.BID Plymouth Hospital is a 164 bed community hospital with a bustling emergency department with 47 beds that sees about 46,000 patients per year. It boasts a modern 14 bed Intensive Care Unit with a broad array of medical and surgical critical care patients. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Works collaboratively with all staffAdherence to established practice guidelines as set by governing boardsBoard certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine and Critical CareLongwood Specialty Physicians offers a very competitive benefits package available to all staff.Pay Range:$285,000 - $375,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations.
