Strategic Project ManagerJoin KBBH and lead a transformation that will shape behavioral healthcare for years to come.We're seeking a Strategic Project Manager to lead one of the most significant operational initiatives in our organization's history: the implementation of a new enterprise Electronic Health Record (EHR) system as part of a multi-year transformation effort. This position was created through technology funding provided by the Rural Health Transformation Grant and is funded through September 2027. The initial focus of the role will be leading the successful implementation of our new EHR platform.Importantly, this is not a temporary project position.As the implementation phase concludes, the role is expected to continue as a strategic leadership resource supporting organizational priorities identified within KBBH's long-range strategic plan.
