Implementation SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and managing EMC PowerEdge servers, as well as onboarding them to CloudIQ. You will also be responsible for performing diagnostics, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of our PowerEdge servers.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and configure CloudIQ Plugin in OpenManage Enterprise applianceInstall and configure OpenServer Manager (OSM) 2.0Install and configure operating systems on PowerEdge serversOnboard PowerEdge servers to CloudIQRun Secured Component verificationUnderstand CloudIQ Cybersecurity feature scope with PowerEdge ProDeploy Plus servicesWork with iDRAC featuresDeploy OME appliance and perform discovery, configuration, deployments, and updates of new devicesInstall, implement, and configure R, HS, and T Series PowerEdge ServersManage and perform troubleshooting diagnosticsInstall, implement, and configure SupportAssist Enterprise (SAE) or Secure Connect GatewaySuccessfully install, configure, manage, and do basic troubleshooting of EMC PowerEdge serversExplain CloudIQ capabilities for PowerEdge serversRequirementsExperience with PowerEdge servers and their managementKnowledge of CloudIQ and its capabilitiesExperience with OpenManage Enterprise and OpenServer Manager (OSM) 2.0Ability to install and configure operating systems on PowerEdge serversUnderstanding of iDRAC features and their applicationExperience with deployment and configuration of OME applianceAbility to troubleshoot and diagnose PowerEdge server issuesStrong understanding of CloudIQ Cybersecurity feature scopeAbility to work with R, HS, and T Series PowerEdge ServersExperience with SupportAssist Enterprise (SAE) or Secure Connect GatewayStrong communication and problem-solving skills
