This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for leading multi-shift warehouse operations , developing the team, improving efficiency, and preparing the operation for continued growth and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multi-shift warehouse team, including Supervisors and Team Leads.
- Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, staging, and shipping .
- Drive safety, accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, training, and employee development.
- Improve warehouse flow, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, and operating efficiency.
- Partner with Production, Transportation, Quality, Scheduling, and Customer Service.
- Manage forklift operations, equipment utilization, and related spending.
- Help build the processes and organization needed to support future growth and automation .
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
- Experience leading warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams.
- Multi-shift leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
- Meat/poultry, dairy, frozen foods, or ready-to-eat manufacturing experience preferred.
