Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated individual who will oversee and accomplish all project objectives for assigned initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable, and manpower requirements, while preparing invoices. Develop Project Management plans tailored to assigned projects. Establish project pricing and manage budgets effectively. Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules. Develop and uphold project-specific quality plans. Define and coordinate project scope. Manage subconsultants and their contributions. Participate in impactful client presentations. Oversee and support assigned staff engaged in projects. Manage all technical resources within the project team. Facilitate the development of extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals. Coordinate with Section Heads, Office Managers, and Practice Leaders on marketing proposals. Provide coaching and mentorship to the project team through one-on-one interactions and project debriefs aimed at recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement. Lead and guide team members through continuous performance management encompassing expectation setting, goal establishment, feedback, individual meetings, and coaching to foster team growth and development. Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities Perform other related duties as may be assigned. Required Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Required Experience Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program. Professional Engineer License. 10+ years of experience in Water/Wastewater project design and management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Preferred Experience CAPM or PMP certification. Experience with local clients at both county and state levels. Background in project management and business development. Familiarity with various project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and P3. Experience managing multidiscipline project teams. Working Conditions Work is primarily conducted in a general office environment (95% of the time), generally sedentary, but may require occasional standing and walking. The lighting and temperature conditions are pleasant, and there are no hazardous environmental factors within the office. There may be occasional fieldwork that requires outdoor activity in varying temperatures and conditions. Some light lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be necessary.
