Overview Our client is seeking a Project Executive to join their growing Manufacturability Center, supporting the delivery of complex, high-value projects across specialized clean manufacturing sectors. This is a newly created, strategic leadership role offering significant growth potential. The successful candidate will initially operate as an individual contributor, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function expands. This position is available in Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, and Jacksonville. Compensation Base Salary: $165,000 – $200,000 Bonus + Share Purchase Plan Vacation: 4 weeks Project Scope Typical project value: $300M – $400M Key sectors include: Semiconductor / chip foundries Life sciences / pharmaceutical manufacturing Agri-processing Composites and advanced materials Focus on clean manufacturing and highly technical industrial construction projects Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of complex manufacturing construction projects across multiple sectors Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders Provide strategic input on constructability, cost planning, and execution methodologies Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery Travel between offices, project sites, and client locations as required Support the growth of the Manufacturability Center, including contributing to team development and future hiring initiatives Key Qualifications Background in mechanical or electrical contracting strongly preferred Proven experience in industrial and process-driven construction environments Strong experience in costing and execution of large-scale, complex builds Demonstrated ability working with engineering-led organizations and CAPEX projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
