As an Automotive Repair Technician B, you’ll perform a variety of essential repairs and maintenance services to keep our members and customers safely on the road. Location 3663 Stone Creek Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45251 Compensation & Schedule Competitive Pay: $23.46 – $29.95 per hour flat rate, adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors. Billable Hours Guarantee: 20‑hour minimum per week. Productivity Bonus: $250 – $550 every two weeks based on performance. Full‑time schedule, five days a week. Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays often required. Sundays and one additional day off per week. Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and repair work on suspension and steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, heating/air conditioning, and other tasks as assigned. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills for flexibility in assignments. Maintain a clean, well‑organized work area and properly maintain tools and equipment. Follow safety procedures as outlined by equipment manufacturers and corporate safety policies. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with proven ability to perform standard automotive repairs. ASE or dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories: Suspension & Steering, Brakes, and Heating & Air Conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months, paid for by AAA). Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team. Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods. Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the USA.
