Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine adjustments to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain proper machine function through routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts, ensuring proper handling and identification.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve machining issues.
• Accurately document production data, inspections, and any deviations from standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work swing shift, including overtime as needed.
