We are actively hiring experienced Flex/On-Call Unarmed Security Officers in the Las Vegas, NV Metro area with specific locations including Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas, NV . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who take pride in maintaining a safe environment while delivering strong customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain a strong, visible security presence
• Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols
• Monitor property and report suspicious activity
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Provide professional customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents and emergencies

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of security guard experience
• Must have open availability, including weekends
• Strong customer service orientation
• Active NV PILB Guard Card
• Valid NV driver’s license and must submit to motor vehicle check (required)
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
