QA/QC Manager

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical QAQC / Commissioning Specialist to oversee the quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning phases of data center electrical projects. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of electrical standards to ensure all installations meet rigorous safety, regulatory, and corporate benchmarks. Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and manage QAQC procedures to ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications and industry standards. System Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process for complex electrical systems, identifying and resolving operational issues before project handover. Documentation & Reporting: Utilize industry-standard QAQC/CX software to track progress, document field observations, and generate comprehensive reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with construction disciplines and field teams to proactively solve problems, mitigate risks, and maintain project momentum. Qualifications Core Experience: 5–10 years of recent electrical construction experience within industrial or commercial environments. Specialized Experience: A minimum of 4 years dedicated to the QAQC or commissioning of electrical systems. Sector Expertise: Deep understanding of electrical construction standards, equipment, and installations. Data center project experience is highly preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient with industry-standard QAQC/CX software, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word. Education & Licenses: High School Diploma or GED required. Field-level electrical experience is a strong plus. Required Skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a razor‑sharp attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication.
