Incentives of the Position:

Starting pay of $13.50 but can flex depending on experience

Attendance Incentives ($2.00 EXTRA per hour for being on time and not calling off of work),

$25.00 Gift Card for Part-Time Team Member per month

$50.00 Gift Card for Full-Time Team Member per month

As a Quality Customer Service Team Member, You Will:

• Promptly and accurately process guest orders
• Actively promote and sell car washes and convenience store items
• Maintain our store, car wash, and grounds for all guests needs
• Assist in keeping location neat, clean, and ready to serve our guests
• Be engaged in team and family environment
