Pay: $20.00 - $24.00/HR
Duties:
- Perform in-process inspections to monitor product quality during production runs
- Conduct final inspections prior to shipment to ensure compliance with specifications
- Execute and document first-piece inspections at the start of each job or shift
- Complete special inspections as requested by customers or production management
- Utilize gauging equipment, perform color matching, and complete quality documentation at job start-up or shift changes
- Understanding of quality systems
- Experience with gauging tools and measurement techniques
- Basic knowledge of color matching and visual inspection standards
- Familiarity with weights and measures
- Minimum 2 years of experience in injection molding processes preferred - or strong willingness to learn
- Physically able to:
- Stand for extended periods
- Bend and move throughout the shift
- Lift up to 50 lbs
