What You'll Do As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective customers, and helping grow the agency through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building. Key responsibilities include:

• Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and community outreach
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities
• Schedule and conduct follow-up conversations to support acquisition goals
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Educate prospects on available products and coverage options
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies
• Track daily activity and report progress toward established goals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow office procedures
• Follow all compliance and regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is professional, organized, coachable, and motivated by both service and results. You do not need to know everything about insurance on day one, but you do need to be willing to learn, take initiative, and communicate with confidence. Qualifications include:
