Health Assistant

We are looking for a healthcare assistant who will assist our healthcare providers. You will be required to provide clinical and administrative duties under the supervision of doctors and nursing staff Responsibilities: Prepare equipment and examination rooms Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history Assist providers with medical treatments, procedures, and exams Administer injections and medications, and perform routine specimen collection and tests Check-out patients, assist with referral, prior authorization processing, and arrange laboratory services Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies Qualifications: Fully vacinnated against COVID-19 High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited medical assistance certification program preferred but not required Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times Must be detail-oriented and highly organized Firm grasp on medical practices, administrative processes, and organizational policies Knowledge of patient care and examination procedures Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times The most amazing Dr and atmosphere. Since my family relocated from Minnesota to Maryland, we have been looking for a Pediatric to care for our kids and we were convinced we have finally found the right place. The doctors were very detail oriented and did a thorough physical assessment. They were able to answer all of our questions and provided relevant recommendations. I will also give kudos to the front line staff who were quick in conveying our message to the doctor and the doctor calling back in less than 1 hour. They phlebotomist was precise as she was able to draw my kids blood I one attempt, which is usually rare. Overall, I will recommend this clinic to anyone who want the best care for their child. They have been my daughter’s pediatrician from birth and she is about to turn four years old. I have never had a bad experience and what I love the most is the ease and comfort I feel when discussing any concerns I have. Not once have I ever felt rushed and this is the number 1 value I seek in any medical professional I entrust with my family’s care. I literally come here for myself and my four kids. I will tell you this is the best practice. Been seeing them for almost 8years now. Services are the best, customer service is top notch. Mummy T If you're looking for a pediatrician for your children, I recommend Dr Osuagwu, he is awesome and knows what he's doing. My son gets sick a lot lately and in the past couple of time I called last minute and they made sure my son was seen . And I would like to say that the new guy you added to your team is nice and always pleasant, helpful and caring and will make sure you child gets the CARE he needs, thank you good time family care for all that you do.
