Export Coordinator Bakersfield, CA | Full-Time | Onsite What Our Client Offers Opportunity to build a career in international trade and export operations Long-term career growth with a stable and growing organization Collaborative, team-oriented work environment with ongoing training and development Responsibilities Prepare and process export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents Coordinate with freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, government agencies, and international customers Prepare customer invoices, assist with accounts receivable activities, and review vendor invoices Communicate across departments to ensure shipments move efficiently and resolve issues proactively Support process improvements and maintain accurate documentation Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, agriculture, manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, or another fast-paced operational environment Experience in customer service, shipping, operations, or accounting preferred Export documentation or freight forwarding experience is a plus, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
