Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position requiring a compact or AL RN license and at least 1 year of recent experience.

Details

• Work in the Med/Surg unit (Unit/Floor 6) of a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1
• 13-week assignment length
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active RN license (Compact or AL) currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years will not be considered
