Details:

Modality: Nurse Practitioner
Specialty: Primary Care
Patient Population: Primarily adults; includes treatment of mild depression and anxiety
Responsibilities: Primary care with medication management for depression and anxiety
Patient Volume: patients per day
Schedule: Tuesday Friday, 7:00am 5:00pm

No lunch break required
Clinic closes at 4:00pm on Fridays

Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: May 25, 2026
Charting System: Epic
