Inside Sales Support Representative

Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Support professional to assist our sales team with day-to-day activities and provide excellent customer service. This position will work closely with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure orders, inquiries, and sales-related tasks are handled accurately and efficiently. General Job Description: Collaboratively works with sales and operations to ensure delivery of unsurpassed customer service. Assist senior sales representatives to determine essential strategic approaches for sales Research, procure and negotiate product availability and pricing Obtain accurate information from vendors relating to shipment dates and expected date of delivery Identify trends in customer purchasing to assist in targeted sales development and marketing collateral Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, identify additional opportunities and resolve any issues Capture accurate and complete information and maintain record in PICS’ Customer Relationship Management system Communicate order changes and issues to sales support department Provide coverage for senior sales reps when necessary, which includes following up on email, quoting customers and customer service related functions Other duties as needed assigned by management Skills: Highly proficient level of computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Decision making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills Excellent time management skills Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities Maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and customers #J-18808-Ljbffr PICS Telecom International
