Position Overview BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team at BayCare Life Management in Valrico, FL. Facility: BayCare Life Management - Bloomingdale Location: Valrico, FL Status: Full‑Time, Exempt: Yes Shift Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekend Work: None On Call: No Responsibilities Providing solution-focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling. Providing clinical impression and assessment. Performing crisis support and services as needed. Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable. Overseeing clinical staff as assigned. Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires. Performing other duties as assigned. Required Certifications/Licenses BLS (Basic Life Support) Driver's License – program specific LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) Education Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Related Field Experience 2 Years – Counseling, Mental Health, Substance Abuse, Children's Services or Psychology Benefits BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including benefits, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401k match and additional yearly contribution, yearly performance appraisals, team award bonus, community discounts, and the chance to be part of an amazing team and a great place to work.
